There are lots of days like today, narrow range days in a year. It is a normal market behavior. Nothing wrong in it. Even this kind of days are traded well with our system. Today was an exception as it tested the extreme very late.

Yes it was a tradable setup. I was not intended to go short in the morning today looking at the last few days price action where all the market dips were strongly bought. In fact I was looking for BOF setup there, it did happen but didn't allow to enter.

  3. Hi Dave sir, please examine my reading of PA today. Inside day looked for bof on dp. price failed to move below brn and consolidated, i looked for pp setup above pdc which did not happen. Once again price failed to move below brn at noon i entered earlier for long above brn and holded until FTC at exterme. My view is big moves happen after a bof on range low in these kind of narrow range days. I booked 10 points please validate my reading and trade.

I trade differently. I never hold on the trade for more than an hour if it is not moving in my favor. Here after the first BOF it took too much time to move.

It is a BOF setup but you can doubt order flow as the HOD was not tested in this BOF. Without the good order flow, trades are likely to struggle to move.
